Newbie Vegas Pro user here. I'm trying to add text to my video, however my text is constantly blurry/grainy no matter what I do. My video template is set to 1920x1080 with 8-bit full range format, and my text size is 1920x1080. I have tried resizing the text itself and playing around with the font size, however nothing has seemed to help.

So there is really two issues with titles in Davinci: 1- Saturated titles on black background looks pixalated on reference monitor. 2- The title generator doesn't do high quality antialiasing. Certain size/font combinations are worse than others, but basically, the smaller the font, the worse the quality gets.

Apply a mask to the folder and set that mask to black. Now grab a white soft brush at a low opacity and blend the text into the original image with the mask. There are also some settings in the camera raw filter that could be useful as well. You could try duplicating the layer and applying sharpening/clarity in camera raw to bring it back.
