But in my 27-inch 4K external monitor I prefer to use 150%, to fit more things in the screen. Many programs work simply fine with that setup.

So there is really two issues with titles in Davinci: 1- Saturated titles on black background looks pixalated on reference monitor. 2- The title generator doesn't do high quality antialiasing. Certain size/font combinations are worse than others, but basically, the smaller the font, the worse the quality gets.

The "new" teams and outlook both have their text blurring in and out, on a Nvidia 3080 Ti, with 3840x2160 resolution. The versions prior allowed you to disable hardware acceleration which seemed to fix the issue.
