Grainy Footage, Please Help! Wed Apr 01, 2020 2:13 am. I have noticed that the footage on my BMPCC 4K has gotten much grainier than it used to be. I shot an event and some of the footage is pretty poor even though the lighting was good and I was at a low ISO. Re: video quality is fuzzy after rendering. Tue Aug 11, 2020 11:45 pm. You should not render at less than the original footage bitrate. I shoot 1080 50fps footage at 35Mbps and would not render at less than this. A low bitrate will introduce artifacts in h264 material. When rendering try setting the bitrate using the Restrict To setting.
