In terms of the Legal Practice Act, 2014, attorneys and advocates in South Africa are registered on the practising roll at the Legal Practice Council. Contact the relevant regional office of the Legal Practice Council to find an attorney, to confirm that an attorney is on the practising roll, or to confirm that an attorney is in possession of a Fidelity Fund Certificate.
