Bitwise Operators in Python
Python bitwise operators are defined for the following built-in data types: int; bool; set and frozenset; dict (since Python 3.9) It’s not a widely known fact, but bitwise operators can perform operations from set algebra, such as union, intersection, and symmetric difference, as well as merge and update dictionaries.

Python Bitwise Operators - GeeksforGeeks
Python bitwise operators are used to perform bitwise calculations on integers. The integers are first converted into binary and then operations are performed on each bit or corresponding pair of bits, hence the name bitwise operators. The result is then returned in decimal format. Note: Python bitwise operators work only on integers.

Following are the membership operators available in Python: Operator Description Example in Evaluates to true if it finds a variable or value in the given sequence. Otherwise, it returns true. y in x is True not in Evaluates to true if it doesn‟t find a variable or value in the given sequence. Otherwise, it returns false. y not in x is False

How do I manipulate bits in Python? - Stack Overflow
Bitwise operations on Python ints work much like in C. The &, | and ^ operators in Python work just like in C. The ~ operator works as for a signed integer in C; that is, ~x computes -x-1. You have to be somewhat careful with left shifts, since Python integers aren't fixed-width. Use bit masks to obtain the low order bits.

Python Basic Operators - Picone Press
Python Bitwise Operators: Bitwise operator works on bits and perform bit by bit operation. Assume if a = 60; and b = 13; Now in binary format they will be as follows: a = 0011 1100 b = 0000 1101-----a&b = 0000 1100 a|b = 0011 1101 a^b = 0011 0001 ~a = 1100 0011 There are following Bitwise operators supported by Python language [ Show Example ...

PYTHON OPERATORS - IDC-Online
Bitwise OR of the numbers 5 | 3 gives 7 ^ (bit-wise XOR) Bitwise XOR of the numbers 5 ^ 3 gives 6 ~ (bit-wise invert) The bit-wise inversion of x is -(x+1) ~5 gives -6. < (less than) Returns whether x is less than y. All comparison operators return True or False. Note the capitalization of these names. 5 < 3 gives False and 3 < 5 gives True.
