形成性評量 (Formative Assessment)是在教學活動進行中，對教師的教學安排以及對學生的學習表現所進行的評量。 其用意在提供教師教學與學生進步情形的回饋資料，指出教學安排上的缺失，或是學生學習的問題，以便實施學生的補救教學，或是改變教師的教學計畫。 通常是在教學進行的過程中進行評量，且多是認知方面的表現。 評量工具多視教學需要而設計，可以是教師教學行為評定量表，或是學生學習行為的評定量表，或是學生作業、學習單撰寫狀況，或是教師課堂上的口頭考問，教師的教學實際演示，或是學生課堂的學習表現，問題回答或是討論反應等等。 若有欠妥之處，請隨時與我們聯絡。 Copyright©2014教育部.
