It's a bit late, but I found the setting to solve the shadows problem, you need to ramp up the "Image quality" slider, 150% woks, still need to fine tune to see if 110% does the trick, but the problem is that slider.
Private View lets you preview a website without visiting it directly. Your information is never shared with the site when using Private View.

FidelityFX or something like that is called, but if you turn it complety on it will decrease the fps rate, inside advance settings, all the way down :D hope that solve your problem. Its impossible to totally fix the grainy shadows. Its a rendering choice CDPR did in Witcher 2 called "Dithering". It confuses me why they went with it but there ya go.

A Screenshot of Dragon's Dogma 2. By: Dyna. I have it running on a fast nvme but when panning the camera the textures go blurry. 7950x3d. 3090. 96 gb ram. Even without DLSS the image is very bad and looks like it got a bad film grain filter. I have tried every setting in option to resolve the image quality but nothing fixes it.
