The noise effect doesn't become more intense near enemies in Silent Hill 2. It can vary in Silent Hill 3 & 4 though. You can only turn it off once you beat the game on any difficulty. It's original purpose was too hide low-res textures and aliasing. You can use patch files with the emulator to remove the film grain.
Private View lets you preview a website without visiting it directly. Your information is never shared with the site when using Private View.

For Red Dead Personally I have anisotropic filtering at 8X I think and MSAA at 2X or 4X if I recall how that setting works (haven’t played in a fat min) and the optimization on PC for RDR2 is pretty crap in general like I’m getting 50FPS max in the heartlands with a 2700X and 2060 Super soooooo let me know if it works cause last time I played I had no problems

They're dithered shadows and afaik there's no way to fix it unless the developers implement a different shadowing solution in the engine. I suppose dithered shadows are less taxing on the hardware but are obviously lacking in the visual appeal.

diogo180794. I just tried and I think the issue is related to TAA. I tried removing TAA and those weird looking pixelated dotted jitters disappeared and textures just become crisp and clear, not muddy and blurry looking, however the lack of Antialising it just doesn't work for me. So I still keep TAA on medium with these issues.

Yes, I fuddled with the user config that has the shadow quality, size and number of shadows. Changing those figures did nothing other than to make the shadows actually appear where they should not depending on how you would angle Geralt, so I put them back to the default. A Screenshot of Dragon's Dogma 2. By: Dyna. I have it running on a fast nvme but when panning the camera the textures go blurry. 7950x3d. 3090. 96 gb ram. Even without DLSS the image is very bad and looks like it got a bad film grain filter. I have tried every setting in option to resolve the image quality but nothing fixes it.
