Blurry/grainy texture around character when moving camera (PC) Title explains my issue. I've tried messing with the game's graphics (not like there's a lot to tinker with) but nothing seems to fix it. I find it incredibly annoying and was wondering if anyone else experiences this or if it's got to do with my own system (AMD 6800 XT, 5600X).

I was playing the Robocop demo on PC at max settings with DLSS and also experiencing a lot of similar looking grainy, shimmering visuals. Whatever is causing it is definitely not exclusives to consoles, its clearly a PC problem too (though i've yet to play Alan Wake 2 on PC to see how it compares to Robocop in that regard).

Even without DLSS the image is very bad and looks like it got a bad film grain filter. I have tried every setting in option to resolve the image quality but nothing fixes it.
