I bought a Mavic air 2 couple days back and started filming and noticed that the footage was a little grainy, I used manual and auto settings, same result for each one, I am just wondering if its a problem with my drone or its a problem with how I am handling the camera.

The Quest 2 wasn't built as a mixed reality/AR headset, the cameras are only there for tracking. The ability to view the camera feed for passthrough is just an add-on for safety and experimental features. If you want actual reality to look like reality, take off the fucking oculus.

First play with PSVR2, not that impressed, there seems be a graininess over the entire image. It’s also blurry except for the center of the view, if I move my eye balls alone it’s very blurry, if I move my head to center what I am looking at it’s ok, not good when you want to glance at the mirrors, not sure if the foveated rendering is doing anything.
