I’m 15 and going to compete for my third track meet. I’m having trouble trying to compete against these Toronto guys and i’m trying to find ways to improve against them. My main events are the 100m and long jump. 12.13 for the 100m and 5.70m for long jump. If you have any workout advice to give that would be greatly appreciated.
