I have a 3060 and 32gb of RAM, with a Ryzen 7 5700G. I have made sure I am on the correct resolution and messed around with a lot of the settings in game. Thanks for your help and tips. Looks like a lot of us are having this issue. They must have turned the graphics way down or something. Turn off FSR and switch to DLSS.
