On the Edit page, you get an overlay that allows you to adjust the points by clicking and dragging. If you add it in the Fusion page, you can only manipulate the endpoints with the Inspector.

Make sure 3d resolution scale is 100% and you don't have FSR or anything on (or if you do, set it to balanced or quality.) FSR or AI frame drawing on Performance reduces the 3d res which is what causes this. Yeah even with that stuff turned off and dlss on quality 3d at 100 etc, the game just doesnt look good at 1080p farther than like 15 feet ...
